Are You Walking in the Light?

    "Then Jesus said unto them, Yet a little while is the light with you. Walk while ye have the light, lest darkness come upon you: for he that walketh in darkness knoweth not whither he goeth.. "

John 12:35

Recently I had this dream in the night season and believe it is important to share it with all who know Jesus.

 

In my dream I saw a shape, it was very, very dark. It was leading people astray. Many were following after it to obtain immediate healing, immediate gratification for their needs. They were very deceived, but because the darkness was so dark they were blinded and would not listen to those calling out to them to walk in the Light of Jesus. Multitudes followed this darkness.

I then saw another kind of person. One sitting on their couch, reading the Word of God. As they read and meditated on it, they were healed. They had total peace and rest in His Word.

I then saw yet another group of people. Those who were just standing by. Not following after either group. They seemed lost and knew not which way to go. They were also content in this state of being.

When I awoke from the dream there was sadness and such a need to pray for those who are being deceived every day. For those who are following after the darkness, looking for their immediate answer, the quick fix as we have come to know it. It broke my heart to realize just how dark the darkness is and that only with much prayer and intercession can these people be turned back to the Light of Jesus. For many of them called themselves Christians yet were still blinded as they had not truly repented and turned to the Light of Jesus Christ. I continue to pray and I pray you will join me in pray for the blinders to be removed from their eyes and for the Light of Jesus to shine into their hearts.

I also prayed for those who were neither hot nor cold. Oh that Jesus would scoop them up into His loving arms, that they would not be lost but be found by His Holy Spirit.

I began to thank God for His faithfulness to those who read His word, who believe His word and receive His healing in His time as they grow in the grace and the knowledge of Him.

I know God is faithful to His Word, I know that He will cause it to come to pass, I also know there are many who are not willing to wait. The Bible tells us in Isaiah that those who wait upon the Lord will rise up with wings like and eagle, they will run and not be weary, they will walk and not faint.

Brothers and Sisters in Christ, let us seek Him daily, let us continue to walk in His Light and not be deceived into believing the lies of the enemy coming through the mouths of men. Let us look unto Jesus, the Author and Finisher of our faith.
