Have I Told You Lately

Lord Jesus, have I told you lately how much I love you
How everything in my life evolves around You
How life could never be the same without You
Have I told you Sweet Jesus how much I love you

Lord this night I come to tell you I love you
Though my love seems so little compared to all that you do
What I have Lord I give to you, Praises from my heart
Words of love to the One who will never part

Have I told you lately Jesus just what you mean to me
That the greatest gift I have is the gift You gave so freely
How the words are so hard to find to express what is in my heart
Lord how my vocabulary is so limited in expressing all that you are

I tell you this night Lord that I love you with all that is within me
I love You Lord with a love I never ever knew could be
A love that flows from a place so deep within me springs up in words of praise
A love I know I could never possess without Your wonderful grace

And Lord this night I declare this love also toward my friends
Those you have placed in my life that will be there till the end
A love that is shared with each other with You as the center of all
A love Lord that has reached out to others in response to your call

Lord we thank You that every day you let us know of Your precious love
With every good and perfect gift that comes from Our Father above
We thank You Lord that when it comes to love Your love is perfect in all ways
And it is Your love Lord that will lead us and guide us through every single day.

We love you Lord Jesus and our love we declare to You
Praying Lord we will bring glory to Your name in all that we do
We look for the day Lord when we will finally behold Your face
And fall on our knees and worship you in thanksgiving for all Your grace.
