In You Lord!

When I look into Your glorious face
All I can see is your amazing grace
Your love, compassion, mercy too
Your wondrous Light shining through.

When I look into Your face
My first thought is to turn away
For in your glory and shining Light
My unworthiness is an obvious sight

But your hands reach out to me
To call me near in my time of need
You do not see me the way I do
Instead you say "I died for you."

I draw near and find your grace
Your light begins to shine on my face
Fears drift away, safety is found
Peace is restored upon Your solid ground.

The lies of the evil one begin to disappear
And truth rings loudly in my ears
That Your love is forever and every day new
And one day You will perfect me in the likeness of You.

Until that day my heart learns to trust
In your mercy and grace that abounds to us
Who call on Your name and trust and believe
That it is through Your blood alone we are set free.

So this day Lord I give praises to You
Praises to the only One to whom honor is due
For you alone paid the price in full for my life
You alone healed the brokenness and strife

You reached out and touched me and made me whole
You put the pieces together again filling every hole
With your presence, Your power, Your Spirit and love
Filling me with every good gift from the Father above.

You caused me to be able to look in your face
And now behold the power of Your grace
To enter in without fear letting Your mercy fill my soul
In You Lord Jesus my heart and life is made whole

My strength is renewed, my faith is restored
For You Lord Jesus opened every door
May Your name be glorified in my life every day
May Your words be on my lips to say
To those in need that You are the way
And faith in You will never lead us astray.

Remind us daily Lord of Your living sacrifice
Let us bring glory to Your name as we go through this life
Let us sing Your praises loudly as we learn to walk in love
Let our hearts be sealed by Your Spirit sent from above.

We love you Lord Jesus there is nothing else to say
For in You we have found life and hope for each day
There is no other we choose to serve or obey
For in You alone Lord is life, truth and the way.
